Wedding Day Coordination 

Sometimes the final details cause the most stress. That’s where we come into play! The Wedding Day Coordination service is designed for the couple who has completed all of their wedding plans and needs a professional to execute those plans on their wedding day. This service begins about 30 days out. We tie up any loose ends so you can relax and ENJOY – you’re getting married! We will coordinate the ceremony and reception according to your plans and specifications so that everything runs smoothly. On your wedding day, we will be the direct line of communication for family, the wedding party, guests and vendors. We will communicate with and guide your vendors according to your personal timeline.

 

Meetings

We will have up to 3 meetings to finalize all of your wedding details. This includes an introductory consultation, fine-tuning a timeline and day of logistics, making sure all of the little details are squared away, and a walk through with venue personnel and rental/décor company.

 Partial Planning 

Designed for the couple that needs assistance with the essentials during the last 3-6 months of wedding planning. We will help you achieve the event design that compliments your vision and budget and we will complete any unfinished wedding plans. On your wedding day, we’ll be your direct line of communication for family, the wedding party, guests and vendors. We will guide your vendors through set up according to your timeline. We’ll conduct the ceremony and reception according to your specifications so your day is flawless. 

 

Meetings

We will have up to 6 meetings to organize all of your wedding details. This includes everything in our Wedding Day Coordination package plus more!  We will manage all of the communication and details for the vendors on your list. You will also gain access to our preferred vendors list. Together, we will create a list of tasks to fine-tune all of the plans leading up to your big day!

Our all-inclusive wedding planning service. It is exactly as it sounds…absolutely everything you will need! This service caters to busy couples who want their ideal wedding, but may not have the time to plan and execute their vision. Life gets busy! We will be available to you on an ongoing basis and you can decide how involved you want to be in the planning. With our professional guidance, you’ll be informed of deadlines and offered assistance every step of the way so you can enjoy the entire wedding experience.

 

Meetings

Up to 8 meetings to work through all of the details including the budget, timeline, vendor selection, layouts, and every other detail involved in planning your dream day! We will be right by your side to guide you every step of the way.
